Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the app, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these terms
  • You agree to comply with all provisions
  • You are responsible for your own Vultr account and API usage

About the App

This app is independent, built and owned by Krzysztof Kowalski. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Vultr (The Constant Company, LLC). Vultr is a trademark of The Constant Company, LLC.

The app communicates with the Vultr API (api.vultr.com) using the API key you provide. We do not operate any proxy or middleman server — all requests go directly from your device to Vultr.

Your Vultr Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your API key secure
  • You agree to comply with Vultr's own Terms of Service when using the app
  • We are not responsible for any charges, damages, or data loss resulting from actions performed through the app

In-App Purchases

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription:

  • Pricing: Set by the platform store (App Store or Google Play)
  • Billing: Charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account
  • Auto-renewal: Enabled by default; you can disable it in your account settings
  • Cancellation: Manage through your device's subscription settings
  • Refunds: Subject to Apple / Google Play refund policies

Free Tier

The free tier includes:

  • 1 of each resource type
  • No billing features (no spend forecasting or invoice data)
  • No notifications for stopped instances
  • Read-only access (no create, destroy, or modify actions)

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The app is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of displayed data

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
